Answer if you want lowlights in your natural red hair, you may want to stay in the red tone but different.
Look at some pictures in magazines you may find a nice deep warm red tone that you like.
You can alternate your highlights putting lowlights every 3rd foil just to give hair some warmth and deeper tone.
